Jordan was born in Anchorage, Alaska and she has lived in Florida, North Carolina, Fiji, and California. She graduated from Hanford West High School in California and participated in the marching band, concert band, and tennis while completing honors courses.
Jordan graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2014 where she earned a Bachelors in Journalism and Public Communication with an emphasis in Integrated Media. While she attended school, she co-hosted and hosted The Coach Shyiak Show and two other sports related journalism segments. Jordan moved to Corning, New York for an internship to complete her Bachelors degree.
When not working at our hospital and kennel, Jordan cultivates her own pet sitting business and loves playing with her dog, Kiva. She also enjoys knitting, creating digital art, traveling to see the San Jose Sharks play on the East Coast, and exploring the Finger Lakes Region with her fiancee, Rob. Creativity and travel are both passions for Jordan.
Jordan’s favorite thing about being part of the LRAH Team: Helping animals recover from illness and seeing the happiness we bring to our clients lives by healing their pets. She is proud to be a member of a hospital with high standards of medical care.
